Bush's status depends on whether (a) Obama allows us to get attacked again (if that happens, people will once again understand just how successful Bush was) and (b) What happens in Iraq. If Obama blows Iraq, it is Obama's problem. But if Iraq turns into a strong democracy, Bush gets credit for a remarkable accomplishment. Right now any polling on Bush is worse than meaningless.
