Nope. I'm not defending that. It should be on the Internet right now, along with an exec summary detailed enough for a layman to understand what spending is in it. I agree with you 100% on that. Not sure why the Dems are hiding it. I find that despicable and bad politics as well. BTW, I'm no captain of industry. Far from it. But I have enough responsibility and experience to know how things work. I think you have an individual contributor's view of how things work. A Director or Manager has a different perspective, because they have many programs or projects to shepherd to success. That means delegation and trust and strategic reviews. It's just a fact of life.
