Steve,

So the internet version of d.b.Express is a browser, or takes the place of your browser for the application of interacting with your phone bill data? That makes your point even clearer as far as what the benefit of the program actually would be. It must deal with the data in a way that's different then just downloading it to a spreadsheet or whatever.
Hopefully this conversation will produce a phone call from someone at the company that can explain the difference.

BTW, has anyone received their proxy statement yet? According to the filling last week, "the approximate date on which this proxy statement and enclosed proxy are anticipated to be first mailed to stockholders is October 15, 1997." Man, I sure don't trust the mail service. You know the 'ole saying..."The proxy's in the mail."
