I don't know if this is Dr. Davis making this recommendation, or if he is just quoting this from somewhere, but it does not make much sense...

I suspect that it's just that he doesn't have an editor. It's easy to make errors like that.

Even at 10 grams per day, it is way too low.

My basic diet yields about ten grams and I don't eat very much, which is why I caught the error. This is today's menu. It's six ounces of chicken, six ounces of yellowtail and salmon sashimi, a salad, and the bits of radish, cucumber, and seaweed that come with the sashimi.
