A state is not a sovereign country. A state is part of a sovereign country. If a state (try it, go ahead I dare you LOL) declares war on the union by trying to tear it apart then it will get some blow back. If you declare war on the US of A as you are apparently wishing to do, build a bunker first. As I said Long on Snort, you are very much the anti-American individual.
