So can the fish oils and Omega 3's stop the infalamtion?

I think it is the most important component. Others are:
- limiting Omega 6 intake
- avoiding high carb food

Some natural supplements are anti-inflamatory: Ginger, curcumin, resveratrol (in red wine), probably hundreds others.

The Omega 3's in the Fish oil are an excellent anti-inflammatory. As is oat bran, flax seed and weight loss.
