He wasn't, but then, the six of us were tough to deal with as teenagers...at least he thought so. We thought we were perfect~ He needed the one phone at home for his business (he was a salesman) so the six of us had to cope with just one phone, that most of the time was off limits....that and we just had one bathroom for the 8 people in the house. Can you just imagine how hard it must have been on everyone in the house? 'Specially when we were teens...

Maybe on 2nd thought, he was a saint. I was always so glad we had more boys than girls...Boys no matter what they do, are easier to raise than girls, IMO. We never heard any of them screaming that someone else was wearing their sweater, shirt, or whatever...Instead, we probably heard someone of the boys had tripped one of the other boys...
