When an entity owes $60 Trillion one year and $61 Trillion the next, you don't get too excited about that last trillion. Unless that last trillion was the straw that broke the camel's back. Perhaps it was.

How can he possibly make that statement? Even if he were playing devil's advocate, that statement would have been out there.
