Okay, I agree with you on Galileo. I just don't know of any similar cases. I'm not Catholic and I don't care when or if or how the RCC apologizes for stuff in the past. Historical apologies are a waste of time. I'm sure you ARE aware that there are protestant sects that claim the world really was made in 7 days??? Or? Sure. I don't know of any who have persecuted people over it. And no, the trial in TN was not an example. That was a PR stunt and the pro-evolution side instigated the whole thing.
