Government spending of that billion taken out of same tax payers pockets, however, leaves the same money less a hefty processing fee (cost of 'administration') only in the tax payers pockets.

Read what the CBO says on this ok? A tax cut has a lower stimulative effect than direct spending...why? Because there is no control over the degree to which a tax cut is spent. Tax cuts to upper income producers has the lowest stimulative effect, precisely because of that reason.

However, I asked a different question...looks like I am going to have to say it...deficit spending and tax cuts add to the debt equally...debt was what i-hole was lamenting about the stimulus bill, while advocating tax cuts. So debt doesn't bother him unless if it's republican debt...
