I already said that I clarified it with the receptionist at Hand & Hand. I even spelled the name J-A-Y and she confirmed that was his first name, not an initial. What is puzzling is that the account of my conversation with Hand & Hand seems to have hit a nerve. It's a relatively insignificant issue, yet you have really gone ballistic with your defense of Hand & Hand, and your attacks on me and Riley. All I can say is that what I posted was the absolute truth, and you can call me a liar or question my character if you wish, but it really happened.
