Agree, market is punishing any stock "associated" with China.

I'm not surprised the stock seems to be rebounding quickly now. I've got to keep more money available for irrational moves like this.

OTOH, I think some people may be looking at potential dilution resulting from the Neutronics deal. I myself wonder why they are doing an "all stock" deal. Seems they should have a lot of cash, enough at least to do half with cash recently borrowed at 8.75%. My guess is that Marks has his eyes on more deals. I hope he doesn't get so occupied on growing that he loses track of the bottom line. Of course, so far, I have no quibbles with his deal making capability eventually generating good profit growth. And the most recent deal seems to have cemented a strong relationship with Phillips.

I'm guessing next deal will be in Latin America, perhaps Brazil. Or maybe more China businesses.

I have been researching AFCI a bit.

I see the stock has dropped down from the mid 40s on October 10 to the current level of 30-31. It appears that it did drop based on China/Asia concerns. I don't think that should have caused FLEXF to drop as far as it did, but considering the way the market got beat up and then rebounded, it least it explains a bit why the institutions bailed as much as they did.

I'm going to learn a bit more about the company and its products. If nothing else to understand why 6 analysts rate it as Strong Buy, one as Buy, and no holds etc. Its always interesting to study these ECM companys' customer prospects.
