I think you missed my point. I am not talking about your user experience or your favorite configuration of your own machine. I am talking about OEM companies must obey the licence agreement. No more no less. Have you ever read those shareware agreement before? I was used to use a lot sharewares when I was in college. All the agreements said I can freely distribute the package but I must distribute the WHOLE package, I can't delete or modify any files come with the package, even it was a readme file or a help file. I think this is exactly same things.
