Obama's down to 55% already? Wow. If he keeps letting Pelosi and Reid etc set his policies, he'll be down to their level eventually.

Just 12% say Congress is doing a good or excellent job, and 54% rate their performance as poor in the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

The Republicans biggest problem is so many Obama voters think Republicans control Congress.
