Why can't arnold do some kind of 'state of emergency' crapola and cut payrolls by 60 percent and cut pensions to 30 percent of what these people take home. Throw out the statutory crapola, BURN THE BOOKS, and start over. So what's the damn problem.

Now I see why 1998 is common to talk about around these parts for CA budget. With thinking like that, it is no wonder it was quickly squandered. I don't know who CBP is, but their bias shows quickly in reading the headlines where any fiscal restraint is bashed.
