Yah, hindsight is 20/20 eh? Our problems stem from a bad real estate deal. I was sold ten acres that violated the land division act in MI and didn't find out until I had spent 500k. So its bringing the house down because the loans were cross collateralized (we won the lawsuit monday and the bank was in here while I was "winning" with an order to posess.They are broke and want to lock in ANY potential cash redemption. Fuggin chess game). Bankruptcy is turning out to be a much better deal for us than a sale of the building and business would be in the current environment. We'll end up with no debt and a fresh start. I can reach my customers. I just have to decide if I still want to be in retail you know? Its a lot of hours. Thanks for the kind words.
