Thank you for understanding. Actually I like Microsoft even before I came here. I have several offers at that time, I choosed here even I got less pay. I like the way Microsoft does business. You have to play tough to survive and win in this firces competitive envornment. I have read serveral articles written by Gilder. Basically his opinion is Microsoft should surrender to SUNW without fight, it should discard whole Windows and rewrite everything in Java and pay most of money to SUNW. That is nonsense both from technical and business point of view. Even SUNW PR won't say that kind of ridiculous things.
