Well the dummies should have known that you cannot expect growth and revenue and spending to keep going up and up and up forever knowing full well that the availability of credit is CYCLICAL. Duh! The States are guilty as well, look at California. They are bust, and the legislature there still doesn't get it. They still can't get a budget done because they are in denial that the revenue and credit is no longer there. They want to keep on spending!!! Luckily they CAN'T any more. Their credit cards are maxed out, yet they are still taking them out and having them get declined!
