Steve -

On that point we agree completely. The stimulus bill was hard enough to get through Congress at 800 billion. Something three times that size would have zero chance.

There's also the question of where we could borrow 2 trillion dollars right now, even if we wanted to. Just printing the money would be a very bad idea.
