SRS seems to work for short-term streaks, just don't stick around too long.

I have sold way, way OTM calls in SRS a few times and will probably do so again for March. You can get a couple of bucks for calls over 150 at this point, amazing.

Is SRS the best play to short a broad basket of commercial real estate or is there anything more specific out there?
