Yes, I do. Having said that, I have a tremendous amount of empathy for Israel. What must it be like to be surrounded by Muslims who outnumber you 10 to 1 and want your country to cease existence? Israel is literally in an existential war. The US is not. That gives us more flexibility in how we approach things, especially since we are located on the other side of the globe. I don't presume to speak for Israel and don't presume to judge them. All I can say is that I personally am against any kind of torture, even though I can understand the impulses that lead people to think it is necessary, especially against a enemy I find particularly unsympathetic.
