Congratulations on busting 220. I am back down to 221.5 this a.m. I'm goin to follow you below the 220 barrier. I have made some modifications in my diet. No more non-alcoholic beer as there is too many grains of the wrong kind in them, I think.

223.7. I gained it all back from last week. I knew it was mainly a water drop, but I had hoped it wasn't all of it. Discouraging.

The good news was finding the Fitday site. I now know exactly what I eat daily and weekly. Last week I averaged 2163 calories a day. 18% protein, 31% fat and 51% carbs. So I bought a rib roast and hacked it into 1/3 pound steaks. Breakfast will change from oatmeal to Omelette. Pease Porridge will be replaced with steak and a side of porridge. Smoothies will be made of cream, water and strawberries instead of skim milk.

I will aim for 25% max carbs. With a total of 1800 calories.

I need to add a 20 minute session on a bike at the gym to my dancing. But I haven't been able to find the willpower to do it.

The good news is that in spite of my lack of weight loss this last six weeks, my waist is smaller. I will not give up. 40" waist, here I come!
