Goldstar is terrible from my dealings with them. Every transaction must take place through them so if you have gold you have acquired anywhere else they will not purchase it from you if you want to cash what you hold.

We wanted to liquidate a small IRA account they held and I cannot tell you how frustrating it was to do business with them.

Perhaps you have done better, but I would recommend them to no one.
