Interesting comments.

Basically, the TARP program under Bush has helped, but they need the other half.

And the so-called "stimulus" will "peter out", just as FDR's "stimulus" did in 1937, unless Bush's TARP program is completed.

I didn't favor TARP but I sure as hell wouldn't try to argue with Greenspan about it. If he says we need it let's do it.

And let's put the stimulus on hold.
