We already have inflation....it's under-reported, (rigged, IMO). We might even get hyper-inflation....never had this many dollars printed before. We only need about 56 trillion more for everything promised. ;-O

Does this look like deflation? Never happen like the 30's IMO....we have peak oil and massive debt and no manufacturing. I'm not saying the dow can't go to 3000, but no way we'll have deflation like the 30's, IMHO. It's a completely different country today. I think we'll end up with hyper-inflation next year.
And....this thing is rigged low, IMO.
