I'd certainly be in favor of granting each department a bonus of a few thousand to be shared with the employees for saving at least $100,000 per department. For the larger group (say Dept of the Treasury)a major bonus for the department that saved money of more than $500 Million....and for the employee that saved the most (over $250 Million) in each major Department could get something like $5,000,000.....

Of course, they would have to pay income taxes like the rest of us do on any winnings, or prizes, or bonuses....but still....Think of the money the Government would save if everyone worked together to put their money saving ideas into use...
