I'm not arguing with your graphs or the statistics. However, Clinton's policy of a strong dollar plays a big part in the loss of manufacturing in this country which is part of our current problem. Just because jobs were created doesn't absolve CLinton of responsibility. I voted for him twice. He is far better than what followed him but he is not without fault.
