Hi Charliss,

I don't think it's to late to get into BCMD and I know it's not to late to buy Chandeleur Bay CYJ/Vancouver Exchange.Chandeleur has property all around BCMD and I heard from a few geologist their property could be a huge deposit.

Some information on CYJ.

North Fork & Mugwump
Property Map

In September of 1996, Chandeleur Bay
Production Company Ltd. (" Chandeleur Bay")
entered into a lease to purchase agreement with
Forest Mines Inc., and Mugwump Mines Inc., to
acquire 100% interest in the North Fork mine
an the Mugwump mine located near the town of
Forest City located in Sierra County in the
Allegheny Mining District, California. The
Property encompasses an area of 2.25 square
miles and covers a three mile strike length of
gold-bearing, bonanza type quartz fissure veins.
The property is contiguous to two, currently
producing mines, the Brush Creak mine and the
16 to 1 mine, which to date has produced over 1
million ounces of gold.

At the North
Fork mine,
underground
workings are
extensive and are
accessed by a
1,000 foot
decline which is
caved at the portal. Underground development
amounts to over 6,000 feet of drifts and
cross-cuts on three levels. The last work that
was carried out at the North Fork mine was in
the mid 1960's when an attempt was made to
sink a shaft to access a pocket of high grade
gold mineralization that was identified in earlier
underground mining operations. Existing
records indicate that there are at least seven and
possibly as many as nine gold-bearing veins that
were encountered when the North Fork mine
was in operation in the 1930's. The largest of
these is a 35 foot' wide vein that was
intersected in a cross-cut, but little, if any,
development was carried out on the vein at this
time because the focus was on placer gold and
working capital was limited.

In keeping with the history of the mines of The
Mother Lode district, exceedingly rich zones of
gold mineralization within quartz fissure veins
were encountered in the North Fork mine
during its operational history. An undeveloped
zone consisting of 100,000 tons with an
average grade of 0.75 oz/ton in gold occurs on
the third level in the mine. This was the target of
the proposed shaft that was aborted in the mid
1960's. Gold production from the North Fork
mime at today's price of gold is estimated to be
in excess of $3 million.
The samples below are Museum specimens of
gold nuggets from the Bald Mountain ancient
river channel.

The original
Mugwump mine
was operated as a
drift placer mine.
In the process of
developing the
rich placers, the
Company
encountered a
number of
gold-bearing,
quartz veins but only a feeble attempt was made
to mine some of the higher grade ore shoots
within the veins. Operations ceased at the
Mugwump mine in 1946 essentially due to the
lack of working capital. Emphasis at the
Mugwump was placed on the placer operations
because of the remarkable gold nuggets that
were discovered on the property. Twelve
nuggets ranging in size from 30 to 170 ounces
and now on display at the Museum of Natural
History in Los Angeles, originated from the
Mugwump mine. Production from the mine
during its heyday amounted to $22 million at
current gold prices.
Available information strongly suggests that
considerable quantities of Bald Mountain river
channel, historically rich in gold, exists on both
the North Fork and Mugwump properties under
an extensive cover of Tertiary lava flows.
Based on the extensive data at it's disposal
couple with much higher gold prices and the
availability of more sophisticated exploration
and mining technology, the management of
Chandeleur Bay is confident that the North Fork
and Mugwump properties offer unusual
potential and could rank the Company as a
future gold producer in California's famous
Mother Lode district.
Notwithstanding the high incidence of
gold-bearing quartz fissure veins and rich placer
gravel's, there is no evidence in existing records
or in the field to indicate hat a single
exploration hole has been drilled either on the
North Fork or Mugwump properties.
Chandeleur Bay intends to carry out a
comprehensive and systematic exploration
program, consisting essentially of diamond
drilling, to determine the significance of the
numerous auriferous quartz veins that were
encountered in previous attempts to develop the
North Fork and mugwump properties. The
program will also be designed to test the
potential of the undeveloped, historically rich
river channels underlying a large part of the
North Fork an Mugwump properties.
