LOL

Well I guess you have a point there. Not a good analogy as the low in 99 was a lot more negative.

But this last corrective low in gold had wrung out a lot of the bullish sentiment and the gang I been hanging with (the former Kitco posters) were pretty shell shocked.

Kinda like now with the stock market with no good news to hang ones hat on like you have been emphatically pointing out.
It doesn't bottom in the midst of good news.
Sentiment here seems a bit muted too.

Either the world is going to end this week or we just made (making) a bottom NOW.
Me thinks that that hit that happened across all the currencies Monday night might have been the signal that stopped everyone in their tracks.

Feels like that anyway.

What did you hear about who and where that came from?

Have a pina colada on me.
If you run outta da rum just head over to da factory there. The tour sucks though.
snort

Edit: Hey, have you been to that resort on the east end of PR?
What is it, El Conquistador I think.
Great view from there. I want to play that golf course.

Great call on the 'gold' Cheif...
What are your thoughts on other commodities here?
Do they catch a ride up too or just drift away with the economy?
