BusinessWire, Friday, October 24, 1997 at 16:00 FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1997--Rocky Mountain International Ltd. (formerly Olympus Ventures Inc.) (OTC BB:RMIL) announced Friday that it is responding to a press release issued Thursday by Magellan Litigation Services. In its press release, Magellan claims that it has added "additional charges" to a "lawsuit" filed against the company. Rocky Mountain International Ltd. said it was never served with the original lawsuit, nor has it been served with any amended lawsuit. Based on the Magellan release, the company said it believes the charges are unfounded and are nothing more than a further attempt by short sellers to manipulate RMIL's stock price for their benefit and to the detriment of our shareholders. According to Rocky Mountain International Ltd., Dempsey Mork and his affiliated companies, acting through Magellan, a Mork owned company, are the same short sellers who the company has already served and filed suit against for defamation and unfair trade practices in Federal District court in Florida.
