if there was a good but not conclusive evidence that there might be a terrorist attack in the US would you question expensive counter-measures? In both cases you can't wait for 100% proof because that 100% proof is the devastation. ________________________________________ A problem with that analogy is that we don't that a stimulus bill can increase economic problems, while defenses against terrorism are rather unlikely to make a terrorist attack much more successful. Your VERY minority opinion, stated as fact.
