I think that if they "saw a company with a successful internet product, they saw a lucrative market, and they attacked" FAIRLY, no problem. However, setting their price at ZERO suggests strongly to me that their goal was not to make money from sales of IE but was rather to put Netscape under. If they couldn't have the "lucrative market" for themselves, then they wanted to see to it that nobody could.
