I'm sure that time will tell, as it always does.... But one month (& handling a legacy disaster) is not much of a 'baseline' to work from yet. (Meanwhile you are free to speculate all that you want to about how the future will turn out! :-) So --- just as SOON as Obama proposes his first annual budget, gets it approved, then it will go down in the history books at the end of the next year. (The FIRST Obama era budget will be the American budget for FY 2010.)
