I used to eat Swiss Chard from our Garden in L.A. as a kid. This a.m. I had canned pumpkin with some cinnamon, ginger, flax seed, and stevia. Warmed it up and enjoyed it. It was another food on the recent NY Times 10 food list that people are not eating and should.
