As i have said, i voted for bush in 04 because we were at war and i didnt want to change horses in the middle at least not to the kerry horse. Bush actually won in 04 unlike 00. I was out to dinner last night with another big obama supporter who had also voted for bush for the same reason. He also is long in the tooth and for us, it was hard to accept the incompetence at the core of bush admin. Katrina became the tipping point for me along with the downhill slide in iraq.
