What kind of business expands when they don't have enough customers for what they produce now? "If you want to make Caterpillar hire people you provide Caterpillar's customers with an incentive to buy Caterpillar's products. " The only kind of incentive that the customers need is a use to put the equipment. Caterpillar are a tad pricey to be used as lawn ornaments.
