Great points Joe...I agree, sadly it appears that greater financial pain lies ahead. Market manipulation and intervention by the government and the financial industry has ascertained that accurate price discovery and free markets do not exist. I find it amazing that people still read articles predicting future price levels for things like the Dow when the future value of the dollar and its related purchasing power can swing wildly. Who cares if somebody predicts DOW 20,000 when we don't know what that will buy us? DOW 20,000 might buy less than Dow 5,000 depending on the underlying value of the fiat currency. I have my doubts that many people will ever even try to understand this mess...
