When i look at a chimp, i dont think black man. And how and insane and murderous chimp relates to obama, i dont get. more likely chimp related more to "crazed pelosi" writing the bill.

Why would they put a caption about the stimulus bill in a cartoon about a chimp mauling? A little incongruous don't you think? It wouldn't make any sense.
