The call and put warrants with a strike price of $140 indicate to a certain degree that investors believe MSFT is going to stay within a $15 - $30 range of this price or between $110 and $170 (extreme case).
I am not sure about when these options expire but given that the $140 call is trading at $15, I would imagine it is at least a few months down the road. These are definetly not long term leap options.
