my last word on subject. Only reason it was used was because of horrific chimp attack in metro area the day before where cops shot the chimp after it had been stabbed numerous times by owner trying to protect her friend. Neither of us know if cartoonist is racially motivated or not but the cartoon isnt given that its plucked out of the news and referring to stimulus bill genesis in congress. Folks in NY get it. The usual suspects here hate the NY Post and have turned this into a racial thing. I understand why folks in other areas may see it that way but even liberals here in NY know the charge is BS.
