I am no expert, but I agree that AFC is a better bet than ALD. Unless you can find an expert, this is gambling.

I think that ALD might issue a press release detailing their assets and liabilities, or their plan to work this out. That will be the only way to make an informed choice. If not sooner, then here it is...

AFC is going to be near impossible to figure out the surviving value. It is just too complicated. Just watch the market I guess.
