I'm not exaggerating. I have many friends who grew up in NY. When I met them and told them where I was from, they really did think MD was the Deep South.

Think before you speak.

Look....sorry that you're on the rag but frankly, I have never heard anyone from NY, MN or WA state think MD was the Deep South. You have a way of conjuring up some weird images.

Strange. I don't know anyone who does.

However, there are parts of MD (and PA) that are akin to the deep south.
