Could be. Or maybe some of the those jumbo loans that we have learned have seen a spike in foreclosures are the driver.

I think we may see some real markdowns happen in that area over the next six months. Once the reality that rollbacks to 02 or earlier sets in, I think many will try to cut and capture whatever gains they can. Property on the water or with a good view saw a huge increase of 500% in a decade.
