The most positive thing about the aipn situation right now is the silence. If aipn was making attempts to bouy its stock price with weekly press releases of positive but empty BS I'd be out.

There is absolutely nothing being leaked out by the co or Wavetech. And if there is some kind of JV announced, it will not be by aipn, or soley by aipn. The biggest concern I have is their cash state. If they go bankrupt in the interim...just give me details on tangible financing.

This co needs money coming in. Potentials and speculation are worth nada.

It has yet to come out of the mouth of any representative of any large oil company that the dollar value per barrel for aipn's concession is worth anything given the lack of infrastructure, political concerns, etc for this region. I will not believe anything regarding potentials. Please direct me to any major oil co that has come out and stated they would pay even $0.01/barrel for aipn's concession.

GO AIPN!

Greg

Off Topic (sort of): Have no fear Cathi, if you are really crazy, you know I am there for you. (Cathi will get it). Seriously, this woman is not crazy or stupid, and she will be a valuable asset to this thread. Her DD is excellent. I did win a bet with her once though, but she has not paid me the two diodes she owes me yet :-).

Good luck with AIPN, Cathi...and everyone else, too.

Brad

i wasn't inferring either{crazy or stupid}
just using a common statement-
here goes-
{please read my last post to DH-before continuing}
the analysts are paid by the market makers/promoters of stock-
they don't know the oil business- they know the stock market biz-
please bear that in mind-
while forrest gump didn't know the shrimpin' biz-
and bubba "did"
the only reason gump was successful was that "god showed up"
i don't invest in "god showing up" companies-
while taking a small position here will limit both sides of my potential i would rather see the cards that are being held so close to the chest here-
this is a dangerous game-
analysts can stuff their opinions-
right now there is one entity that knows how much oil is there-
and that is the hole that the oil supposedly lays in-
and since the hole can't tell me whether it is half full or near empty- i ain't buying till the stock seems safe and I see a few more cards
