99%? Wait til I tell my wife I understand your position as an artist. I have my own views on what's acceptable and responsible in creativity, particularly wrt rap music. I don't think this is as much a free speech issue but an issue of threatening or attempting to incite others to bring harm. Consider the source, his likely understanding and use, and purposeful juxtaposition of the word used in the context of abortion. There's a much stronger argument in support of a potential threat, no matter what your views are on abortion. I think the officer was right. last post on this topic
