You'd think I'd really be enjoying a day when the DJIA and SPX are retesting the old lows. You'd think. But I'm not. Why the hell are AMZN, AMTD, and REITs up? I guess I can understand a technical bounce on REITs - they've been beat up mercilessly. But AMZN? And all the retail and restaurant stuff - not only does it refuse to go down, lots of it is UP today. Hasn't anybody heard that there's a recession on? And the epicenter is the consumer? I guess that's the problem - the epicenter is still perceived as financial. I'm getting ahead of the wave again.

C'est la vie. This is the downside to hedging. They will meet their fate soon enough.
