Yeah, we will. We seem to be incapable of learning that particular lesson. If Volcker is right, we will be in for a rough economy for a while. And that isn't going to make the conservative's cause any easier.

Yeah. Madoff and his scamming knockoffs seem to have been raising red flags for years. But the SEC never got around to checking them out.
