blood sugar ,, maybe review what your eating. i went up a little in blood sugar, chol stayed the same although hdl dropped quite a bit while losing a great deal of weight and dropped trig, however i was eating a lot of fruit. i have now cut back on the large portions of fruit i eat to only semi large. g

someone pointed out this happens with large amounts of weight loss and we should expect better results next time around.

The diet change and weight loss made no apparent difference to cholesterol, triglycerides, or blood sugar

That weight loss is magnificent, Lane! How close are you to 60/60/60 on HDL,Trig and LDL? Blood Sugar around 90? It can take a year or better for the trigs to come down with a big weight loss.
