There was a due process in place that Obama suspended. It was a result of Congressional laws (like the Military Commissions Act of 2006) and Supreme Court rulings.

BS. There was no due process in place. That's why these people have languished in prison for years. Its only after their gov'ts began demanding some action we began to let some of them go.
