It's not enough to be off-putting, just enough so that I can recognize it.

We can all react so differently to meds. I find the fuller the stomach, the less the chance of a flush.

Another excellent way to prevent or stop a flush is to drink a large glass of water with the Niacin pills or when the flush starts.
